Hello and Welcome to MelaMagnus African Heritage kids book club.
We simply love books and reading together. We are a UK based Children’s book club with a strong Christian ethos; Jesus Christ the foundation on which we build everything we do.
Since January 2020, children between ages 4-13, have been meeting face to face monthly, before the Lockdown and now via online live meetings, to read together and discuss the books they love.
We immensely believe in the positive impact of reading and literacy worldwide.

OUR MISSION
Our aim is to create a community that inspires literature that represents and celebrates diversity: children like to see and hear stories about people who look, sound, and live just like them.
We want to create a culture of reading and a comfortable, considerate environment for children and their families,
where everyone is free to contribute and enjoy books.

How To Join
Encouraging Children to read at an early age can instil a lifelong passion for books.
